What are the requirements to join the beta testing program?

Beta testing is open to approved general contractors who are willing to test out our software for valuable feedback regarding our software.

Could there be disruptions in service during testing?

While we make an effort to have no service disruptions, keep in mind that they could occur during testing. You should keep a close eye on what the software is doing, give us regular feedback, and stay in close communication with your bidders. We advise informing them that because the system is being tested, there are several bugs that are being worked out and that sometimes these result in outages or other service disruptions.

Do I need to pay to use the software during beta testing?

Our beta testers will have free access during beta testing. We will let our testers know when testing is complete and they will roll into a FREE 14-day trial.

When can we register and start using BuildBoss Bid Pro?

We're still in heavy development, but we plan to be sending out emails with instructions to join all of our newsletter subscribers by the end of 2023.

Who pays the subscription fee?

General contractors, developers, and anybody who has the need to send out invitations to bid will have to pay a subscription fee after the free trial period has ended.

Will subcontractors, suppliers, and construction services (like concrete pumping or crane service) have to pay to use the system with general contractors?

Bidders do not have to pay to work with general contractors through our software. They will be able to download bid documents, communicate directly with their general contractor's employees, and much more!

Are there any limits to how many projects, file uploads, or invitations to bid I can send?

Generally speaking, no, there are no limits.

I have a list of bidders that I routinely invite on my projects. Is there a way to import them into BuildBoss's directory of bidders?

Yes, we have made it easy for you to import contacts via email addresses in your address book and spreadsheets. If you export your address book as a CSV and upload it via our handy invitation tool, we will take care of sending out all of the invitations to register for FREE on BuildBoss.

My business is doing work in _, can we still use the software?

Yes, BuildBoss is accessible nearly everywhere and can be used by contractors all over the world.

After beta testing, how much does it cost?

BuildBoss Bid Pro is available by subscription. All of the many powerful features that it offers are available for only $59.99 (USD) per user/month.

Do you offer volume discounts?

No. We take pride in having reasonable and fair pricing.
