You can maintain proper thoroughness by reviewing each bid and going through a checklist within your estimate to make sure each bidder included everything they were supposed to, but listing the requirements for each bid package for your bidders either on a separate bid form, or even better, within your bid management software, is easier and saves time on bid day.
