We may use the information we collect from you to provide our Services, including by providing a directory for finding companies, offices, users, and projects; a system that streamlines the process of sending invitations to bid to specific individuals at specific companies and for sending bids/quotes through the system; to provide a system to handle messaging; to provide a system to handle requests for information and responses to requests for information.
• For security. We may use the information we collect from you and other users to detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, and identify and prosecute those responsible for that activity.
• Fulfill and manage your orders. We may use your information to fulfill and manage your orders and payments made through the Site.
• Deliver and facilitate delivery of Services to the user.  We may use your information to provide you with a requested service.
• Respond to user inquiries/offer support to users.  We may use your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the use of our Services.
• To improve the Services.  We may use the information we collect from you and other users to improve the Services. For example, we may consider analytics, demographics, and user feedback to determine the demand for new features.

• To build a profile.  We may create new information about you by drawing inferences from the information identified in Section 2, such as to create a profile about you reflecting your preferences. Such information and profile may be used for advertising purposes.
• To advertise to others.  We may share your reviews, comments, and other content uploaded by you to advertise and market our Services, including by reposting reviews to advertise the Services. 

SCOPE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR USE

Company only processes your information to the extent that is necessary to accomplish the above-stated business and commercial purposes, which serves as our legitimate interest. Our legal bases for processing your information include (a) legal purposes, such as to resolve legal disputes or investigations, (b) performance of a contract (and including any pre-contractual measures), such as if you make a purchase using the Services, and we need to facilitate completion of your purchase, (c) other legitimate interest, such as displaying advertising and recommendations that may be of interest to you, and (d) any basis with your consent, such as if you provide your email address to receive marketing emails.

• Consent: We process and share your data if you have given us specific consent to use your information for a specific purpose. This includes consent for the Services as outlined.
• Services: Information will be disclosed to provide the Services. For example, General Contractors can send invitations to bid for Projects. Before sending an invitation to bid, information and documents that relate to the Project will be uploaded. After invitations are sent, General Contractors may correspond via messages and through the RFI (Request for Information) section of a Project. All this information, unless otherwise noted, is shared with Bidders.
Bidders will also be able to update their bid status, message other users, and submit RFI’s including submitting bid/quote documents, through the system. All of this information, unless otherwise noted, may be shared.
• Service Providers: We may disclose your information with our service providers pursuant to a written contract between us and each service provider.
• Legitimate Business Interests: We may process your data when it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests. When we use your information for a “business interest,” it means such use is reasonably necessary and proportionate to achieve an operational purpose of the Company such as for undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration.
• Performance of a Contract: Where we have entered into a contract with you, we may process your information to fulfill the terms of our contract.
• Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal processes, such as in response to a court order or a subpoena (including in response to public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements). • Vital Interests: We may disclose your information where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding potential violations of our policies, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person and illegal activities, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.
• Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
• Affiliates: We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.
• Business Partners: We may share your information with our business partners to offer you certain products, services, or promotions.
• Other Users: When you share personal information or otherwise interact with areas of the Site or Services, such personal information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly made available outside the Site or Services in perpetuity. If you interact with other users of our Site or Services and register for our Site through a social network (such as Facebook), your contacts on the social network will see your name, profile photo, and descriptions of your activity. RIGHT TO NON-DISCRIMINATION

We will not discriminate against you if you exercise your privacy rights under the CCPA. 

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g. phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate. 

We will only use the personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. If, however, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity, and for security or fraud prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you. 

You can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with the CCPA.

In Short:  We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. 

 We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Site. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. By providing your email address to Company through the Site, Services, or an email initiated by you, you consent to receive emails from us, including information concerning your account and advertising messages. Depending upon your location, we may obtain additional consent from you via a checkbox disclosure or an email requesting confirmation before you can receive such information. 

Providing consent to promotional emails is NOT a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Company. You can unsubscribe to advertising emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link within the email, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Please note that, even if you unsubscribe from advertising emails, we will still send you any necessary, non-promotional emails about your purchase, account, or updates to our Privacy Policy.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
